So I just boxed it up and shippedit back to pasadena.2. but the sensors were giving me problems, it wouldn't measure the boards, and the little clicker on the right hand side wasn't working right. It is a B machine with the upgraded rollers and chuck. I just got tired of Jacking with it and have sent it back to LHR for repairs. Starting anew in Aspire would likely be the simplest approach. It's not that the CW can't produce great quality (it can and does), but the patterns on the board and the lettering need some attention to achieve the best quality possible. You'll be able to create better quality models than what you used for laying out your CW project. That's the route I would take, instead of trying to convert what you have there. The plaque you show can easily be reproduced/recreated in Aspire yourself. In any case, back to your original question. What is your other machine? I think I talked to you about a year or so ago regarding the Vectric "You've Captured My Heart" project - you were having some trouble with getting a good cut, but don't recall what machine you were running (was it a Shark?).

I encourage you to visit the CW forum, make a post regarding the issue and help will come running to get you back in business (if you so desire, that is). I'm sorry to hear your CW "bit the dust", but I've not seen or heard of one yet that couldn't easily be put back in working order. Funny, both machines run exceptionally well and I use them on a regular basis. One is totally original (an A machine) with no modifications or upgrades at all.the other is an A machine also, but I have installed all the C machine upgrades. I own two CW's myself - both 6 years old.
